These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and top646ph ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the top646ph website, platform, games, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

top646ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of top646ph, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. top646ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify top646ph support immediately via live chat or email.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

top646ph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• top646ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• Funds deposited into your top646ph account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.
• top646ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

top646ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• top646ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the top646ph Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the relevant game. top646ph reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed in circumstances where a technical error has affected the odds or outcome. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of top646ph shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the top646ph Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or top646ph staff.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the top646ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of top646ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of top646ph.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, top646ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or force majeure events.

top646ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. top646ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your top646ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

top646ph collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described therein. top646ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including SSL encryption and secure data storage practices.

11. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting top646ph support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments

top646ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
